Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) with minimum 60 percent marks and three years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) and Master’s Degree in Architecture or allied subjects with minimum 60 percent marks at either level and one-year relevant Professional experience.

Additional Requirements:

The following requirements will carry higher weightage in the process of selection:

• Graduates/ Post Graduates from reputed National/ International Architecture institutions
• Proficiency in application of design software, 3D modelling software, other relevant software applications etc.
• Professional experience in planning & designing buildings, experience in preparing architectural working drawings, GFCs etc.
• Candidates with specialization (Professional experience or Post Graduation) in Planning, Conservation, Urban Design, Sustainability/ Green Building Design, Parametric Designs, and Building Automation
• Candidates involved in architectural research in innovation in building design, construction techniques, materials, sustainability, vernacular architecture, computer aided designs etc.

Mandatory terms:

• Only applications from Architects registered with Council of Architecture (COA), India, with valid COA registration number & its validity date mentioned in the CV/application will be accepted.
• Candidates should be willing to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
• Applicant should clearly mention his current remuneration, expected remuneration and notice period required to join the institution.
