Soft Skills Trainer

   

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver soft skills training programs that align with helping MBA students to secure stream specific internships, campus placements and job interviews.
  • Utilize a variety of professional learning methods to keep students engaged, including interactive workshops, case studies, simulations, and role-playing exercises
  • Develop high-quality training materials like handouts, presentations, and online resources specifically relevant to the MBA context
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics
  • Stay on top of industry trends in soft skills development and integrate new knowledge in to training programs
  • Data Management for accreditation and ranking agencies
  • Plan, budget, training schedule, and Vendor Management

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or related field experience (preferred).
  • Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience designing and delivering soft skills training programs.
  • Strong understanding of current business challenges and trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
  • Experience with professional learning methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to demonstrate its application in a business context (bonus points for knowledge of other relevant software)
