- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Applied Mechanics
- Selection through NET or GATE or through national level process conducted by central government.
- Post – Doctoral Researcher
- PhD in Structural Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Applied Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of construction materials/polymer processing /experimental analysis/molecular dynamics/finite element analysis
Tenure of the Project: : Initially for one year, later extendable based on the performance.

Pay Scale:
- Project Associate / Junior Research Fellow- Rs 22,000/- to Rs 40,000/- per month
(consolidated) - Post – Doctoral Researcher- Rs 60,000/- to Rs 80,000 /- per month (consolidated)
