Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must hold a B.Pharm and M.Pharm in an appropriate specialization, along with a Ph.D. in Pharmacy, as per PCI norms. A minimum of 15 years of teaching, research, or industry experience is required, of which at least 5 years must be at the level of Professor or equivalent in a PCI-approved institution. Strong academic, administrative, accreditation, and regulatory compliance experience is essential.
Desirable: Registration with the State Pharmacy Council is desirable. Prior experience in handling PCI/AICTE approvals and inspections, NBA/NAAC accreditation processes, a proven record of research publications and grants, and experience as a Professor, Dean, Vice-Principal, or in an equivalent leadership role, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote research, consultancy, publications, patents, and funded projects across the institution
- Guide accreditation activities such as NBA, NAAC, and broader institutional quality assurance
- Manage faculty recruitment, development, appraisal, and performance monitoring
- Build industry collaborations, internships, training programs, and placement initiatives
- Monitor student discipline, welfare, mentoring, and professional development
- Prepare and implement strategic plans for institutional growth and excellence
- Coordinate admissions, statutory committees, governing body meetings, and regulatory inspections
- Ensure effective use of institutional resources, laboratories, and infrastructure
- Foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and outcome-based education within the college
