Job Title/Designation: Principal (Pharmacy)
Programs Offered: M.Pharm | B.Pharm | D.Pharm
Qualification (As per PCI Norms):
- First Class Pharm with M.Pharm in the appropriate specialization OR Pharm.D (All qualifications must be PCI recognized).
- Ph.D. in any Pharmacy discipline (PCI recognized).
- Excellent academic record throughout.
Experience:
- Essential: Minimum 15 years of teaching or research experience.
- Administrative Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a responsible academic/administrative leadership role.
- Preferred: Experience in senior leadership, handling PCI/AICTE compliance, and academic governance.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong academic leadership with the ability to guide teaching, research, and institutional development.
- Capable of promoting research culture, consultancy, incubation, and industry collaborations.
- Ability to lead accreditation, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
- Commitment to student development, community engagement, and innovation-driven initiatives.
