Experience: Principal – MBA College
Experience & Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Management / MBA with First Class from a reputed University. Minimum 15 years of teaching and academic experience, of which at least 5 years should be in an administrative/leadership role (HOD/Dean/Vice–Principal/Principal). Strong academic background with research publications in reputed journals.
- Proven ability in institution building, accreditation, NAAC/NBA compliance, and academic administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and networking skills.
- Faculty – MBA (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor)
Specializations Required:
- Marketing Finance
- Human Resource
- Business Analytics / Operations/IT/Entrepreneurship
Experience & Qualification:
- MBA with First Class or Ph.D. in the relevant specialization (as per AICTE/UGC norms).
- Assistant Professor: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching/industry experience.
- Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience with research publications.
- Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years at Associate Professor level and significant research credentials.
- Industry exposure will be an added advantage.

For Faculty – MBA (Assistant / Associate / Professor)
- Candidates with MBA/Ph.D. in relevant specialization (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Analytics, IT, Entrepreneurship).
- Should have a strong academic record with excellent teaching, research, and communication skills. Prior teaching/research/industry experience as per AICTE/UGC norms.
- Must be student-centric, innovative in teaching pedagogy, and capable of integrating case studies, simulations, and practical insights.
- Preference will be given to candidates with research publications, FDP participation, consultancy projects, or industry exposure.
- A collaborative and professional attitude with a passion for mentoring and guiding students.
