(PDKVCET) Prince was established in 1978 by our Founder-Chairman Dr.K.Vasudevan, M.A., B.Ed., Ph.D. Going down memory lane in the seventies, our Chairman had realized the need for an Institution which will serve as a role model and stand apart from other Educational Institutions. Prince Dr. K. Vasudevan College of Engineering and Technology is promoted by the Prince Educational Society in 2009.

B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S or Integrated M. Tech. in relevant branch with first class or equivalent in any one of the degrees. |

| ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR | Ph.D. with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level or both in the appropriate branch of Engg./Tech. | Minimum of 8 years of experience in Teaching / Research / Industry out of which at least 2 years shall be the Post Ph.D. experience |

| At least total 6 research publications in SCI journals/UGC/AICTE approved list of Journals | ||
| PROFESSOR | Ph.D. with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level or both in the appropriate branch of Engg./Tech. | Minimum of 10 years of experience in Teaching / Research / Industry out of which at least 3 years shall be a post equivalent to that of an Associate Professor. |

| At least total 6 research publications at the level of Associate Professor in SCI journals / UGC / AICTE approved list of Journals and at least 2 sucessful Ph.D. guided as supervisor / co-supervisor till the date of eligibility of promotion | ||

Desirable Skills:
- Should have pursued Bio-Medical Engineering or Medical Electronics in either UG or PG.
- Should have got research funding from govt agencies.
- Proven experience in conducting international conferences/ FDP/ Workshops.
- Proven experience to lead a team of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Proven experience in NAAC, NBA.
- Should have sound knowledge in their respective field and be ready to give a 15-minute presentation on any topic, if selected for interview.
- Willing to work in a team environment
