Qualification:
A minimum of a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline (e.g., Commerce, Business Administration, Economics) is required. A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree is preferred. Practical exposure and experience in the business field, along with knowledge of current industry practices and trends, is a must.
Experience:
Prior teaching experience in higher education institutions or professional training centers, specifically in BCom and BBA subjects, is highly desirable.
Candidate Profile:
- Faculty who have Practical teaching experience and good communication skills will be considered.
- Faculty who are proficient in using modern educational technologies, multimedia tools, and learning management systems to deliver lectures and engage students effectively will be preferred.
Job Location: Across Centers- (Pratibha Campus at PCMC, Damle Campus near Swargate)
