Project Title: “Evaluation of prebiotic and anti-obesity properties of galactan exopolysaccharide”.
Department: FOOD SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Sponsor: ICMR funded ad-hoc research
Duration of project: Appointment will initially for one year from the date of appointment and may be extended further based on the progress as well as based on the tenure of the project. Position co terminates with the project tenure.
Essential Qualification: MSc and PhD in Food Science and Technology /Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology.
Fellowship: As per funding agency norms.
