Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualifications and experience as per AICTE and Anna University norms.
• A Ph.D. is strongly preferred for senior positions.
• Applicants must possess an excellent academic record, proven teaching capabilities, and a strong research orientation.
• Prior administrative experience and familiarity with quality assurance frameworks such as NAAC and NBA are desirable.

Detailed Candidate Profile:

• Professor
  Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with  minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching, research or industry, including at least 3 years as an Associate Professor. A strong record of publications (journals, books, patents/IPR) and doctoral supervision is essential.
• Associate Professor (Engineering)
  Ph.D. in the relevant field with a minimum of 8 years of teaching/research experience,  at least 2 years post-Ph.D.
• Assistant Professor (Engineering)
  First Class in both B.E. and M.E. in the relevant discipline,
• Science and Humanities
  A Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with notable research publications and academic achievements.

Desirable Attributes:

• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to mentor students in academic research, innovation, and project development.
• Interest in industry-academia partnerships and consultancy projects.
• Working knowledge of accreditation and ranking frameworks such as NAAC, NBA, NIRF etc.
