M. Sc. degree in Physics with at least 55 % marks.
OR
M. Sc. degree in Materials Science/ Nanoscience & Nanotechnology with at least 55 % marks.
2. Having qualified for:
a) NET-CSIR/UGC including lectureship (Asst. Prof.) & Ph. D.
OR
b) Valid GATE score.
OR
c) Selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Govt. Depts. and their agencies and Institutions or any other national fellowship.
Pay Scale: Rs. 37,000/- + HRA (as per applicable rules) subjected to fulfillment of T&C
of funding agency and/or rules and regulations of Panjab University.
