1. 2. Applicants are required to submit the 05 (five) copies of application form duly filled in all respect along with one set of the self-attested copies of the relevant academic testimonials/certificates to the office of Chairperson, Department of Evening Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh, latest by 24th July 2025 upto 05:00 PM.
Late applications will not be considered and will stand rejected automatically. After scrutiny, list of shortlisted candidates for interview will be displayed on the department’s website. Date of Interview will be notified later on.
3. The applicants are advised to bring their original certificates and other relevant documents for verification at the time of interview.
4. The applicant shall have to give an undertaking that he/she will not draw any fellowship/stipend from any agency till he/she works in the department as Guest Faculty.
5. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview.
