Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Genomics/ Human Genetics/ Biochemistry/ Genetics/ Life Sciences or allied subject with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in appoint scale wherever grading system is followed) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university. A relaxation of 5% shall be provided for the candidate belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Differently-abled/Other Backward Classes (OBC) (Noncreamy Layer)/Ph.D. Degree holders, who have obtained their Master’s Degree prior to 19 September, 1991.
Desirable Qualifications: Ph.D. in Human Genomics/ Human Genetics/ Biochemistry/ Genetics/ Life Sciences or allied subject.
