Title of the Workshop: One-Week Faculty Development Programme on EMERGING TRENDS AND DEVELOPMENTS IN SIMULATION AND FABRICATION OF SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICES (Online mode)
About Workshop: This FDP aims to provide an overview of electronic device fabrication and simulation to the participants. The FDP will comprise of live demonstrations of tools and lectures delivered by design engineers on platforms like Silvaco TCAD, Senturaus, and Quantum ATK. This workshop is a generous attempt of qualified Electronics device domain researchers to help and encourage the research scholars, undergraduate, postgraduate, and entrepreneurs to meet their research goals. The participants will have exposed to state-of-the-art semiconductor device fabrication and simulation. After finishing this FDP, the participants will be able to execute the various analyses needed to characterize devices and circuits individually.
