Experience:
- Assistant Professor – Minimum 5 Years of Experience
- Associate Professor – Minimum 4 Years of Experience of which 2 years post Ph.D. experience.
Specialization Required:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in Management subjects such as Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, and Business Ethics.
- Guide postgraduate and doctoral research students.
- Design and develop innovative curriculum aligned with industry and academic trends.
- Conduct and publish high-impact research in reputed peer-reviewed journals.
- Secure research funding and lead research projects and collaborations.
- Mentor and support faculty development initiatives within the department.
- Actively participate in academic administration and contribute to institutional development.
- Engage with industry leaders and build corporate partnerships for research and student engagement.
- Represent the institution in academic and professional forums nationally and internationally.
