Essential Qualification
- Relevant UG degree in the concerned discipline from recognized institutions.
- Relevant PG qualification in the appropriate specialization.
- PhD in the desired area of specialization.
- Candidates should possess First Class in UG and PG degrees.
- 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA will be treated as equivalent to First Class where class is not specified.
- Integrated Master’s/Integrated PhD candidates are also eligible.
- Candidates with direct PhD after undergraduate degree from reputed institutions may also apply.
Experience Details
- Relevant teaching/research/industry experience required, depending on the post.
- More than six months of regular experience in an organization with pay scale is required to count as valid experience.
- Guest faculty, temporary faculty, and part-time experience will not be considered.
- Postdoctoral experience from globally ranked institutions may be considered.
- Candidates with PhD from NITK should possess minimum 3 years post-PhD experience outside NITK before applying.
