Organization Profile National Institute of Technology, Warangal (Deemed University), formerly known as Regional Engineering College, was established in 1959. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru laid the foundation stone for this institute on October 10, 1959, the first in the chain of 30 NITs (formerly known as RECs) in the country. Research Position: Junior Research Fellow

Title of the project: Investigations on the signaling cascades mediated by Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK) in neuroblastoma.

• B.E./B.Tech. in Biotechnology/ Industrial Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics/ Biotech. Engineering/ Bioengineering/Genetic Engineering/ Biological Sciences and Bioengineering/ Biosciences and Bioengineering/ Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering/ Biochemical and Biotechnology Engineering, and M.E./ M. Tech./ M.S.(by Research)/ M.S.* (from abroad Two- year program only) in Biotechnology/ Industrial Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Biotech Engineering/ Genetic Engineering/ Biological Sciences and Bioengineering/ Biosciences and Bioengineering/Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering/Biochemical and Biotechnology Engineering.

Project Duration: Three years or till closure of the project whichever is earlier. Performance of the research fellow will be evaluated every year.

Stipend:

•  37,000/- per month for the first two years and ₹ 42,000/- per month for the third year
