Research Position: Junior Research Fellow
Title of the project: Development of a high power density medium voltage power module with integrated gate drivers and series connected soft-switched SiC MOSFETs
Sponsoring/Funding Agency: Anusandhan National Research Foundation (ANRF) , Government of India
Essential Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
2. Qualified in the GATE examination
Stipend:
₹ 37,000/- + HRA per month for the first two years
₹ 42,000/- + HRA per month for the third year.
