- M.E/M. Tech./ MS or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Energy/ Renewable Energy/ Thermal and allied subjects with minimum of 1st class or equivalent CGPA and GATE qualified in Mechanical Engineering
- Senior Project Associate(SPA)
- Doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing Engineering / Production Engineering and allied subjects from a recognized university.

Consolidated Remuneration:
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – Rs. 31,000 per month + 8% HRA
- Senior Project Associate(SPA)- Rs. 42,000 per month + HRA (8%)
