1) First Class degree in B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
2) M.E. / M.Tech. in Construction Engineering / Technology / Management

Desirable Qualification: Ph.D. (Higher pay of Rs.50,000/- will be given for candidates with Ph.D. qualification.)
