Project Title: : Miniaturized DC-DC Buck Converters, and Nano-Power MOSFET Zero Temperature Coefficient (ZTC) Operating Point Based PMU Infrastructure Circuits
Department: Electronics and Communication Engineering
Essential Qualification:
- JRF: B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech with First class in ECE, EEE, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, from UGC recognized University/College and with valid GATE score.
- Project Associate – I: B.E./B.Tech with first class (1st class) in ECE, EEE, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, from UGC recognized University/College.
Job Location: Trichy, Tamilnadu
Pay Scale:
- JRF: Rs. 37,000 + HRA (first 2 years) and Rs. 42,000 + HRA (3rd year).
- Project Associate – I: Rs. 30,000 + HRA (first 2 years) and Rs. 33,000 + HRA (3rd year).
Duration: Maximum 3 years (Initially 3 months and will be Extended up to 3 years)
