Job Title/Designation: Research Associate
Departments have vacancies:
- Faculty of Business Management
Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Management, Commerce, Economics, Psychology, or allied areas (MBA, M.Com, MA, MSc, etc.) from a reputed institution. Candidates actively considering or preparing for a PhD are highly encouraged to apply.
Experience:
- Prior experience in academic research or as a teaching assistant/research assistant during postgraduate studies is highly desirable.
- Exposure to academic writing, statistical analysis, or research project work preferred.
Specialization Required:
- Familiarity with research tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata, Excel, NVivo) and referencing software (Zotero, Mendeley).
- Competence in Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms (Moodle, Google Classroom, etc.).
- Good academic writing, communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Candidate Profile:
- Conduct literature reviews, collect and analyze quantitative/qualitative data using tools like SPSS, R, Python, or NVivo.
- Assist in developing research proposals, surveys, and experimental designs.
- Contribute to academic writing, journal submissions, presentations, and case development.
- Support classroom activities including attendance tracking, grading, and tutorial coordination.
- Assist in course delivery, class coordination, and student engagement.
- Help prepare teaching materials such as case studies, simulations, and slide decks.
- Support course management via LMS, case-based and experiential learning.
- Assist in organizing MDPs, research conclaves, webinars, and workshops.
