Job Title/Designation: Montessori Directress & Academic Counsellor
Vacancies:
- Play Group – 1
- Pre–Nursery – 1
- Front Desk Counsellor – 1
Qualification:
- Any Graduate with a valid Montessori Diploma from a recognized institution
- Any Graduate with experience in front desk
Experience:
- Montessori Directress / Teacher – 6 months to 2 years
- Academic Counsellor – 6 months to 2 years
Candidate Profile:
- Should have the knowledge in setting up the Montessori environment as per the Montessori approach.
Familiar with classroom management skills. - Ability to plan Thematic based activities shall be a desired skill set
- Communication and fluency in both, written & verbal in English will be key
- Fair know-how of Curriculum planning, subject plans and assessments will be beneficial
- The position shall call for high energy levels since this age group of children shall require to be engaged & given one on one attention
