Organization Profile: The MMES Academy of Architecture has been established in the year 2017 in the C. Abdul Hakeem College Campus, its on the eastern outskirts of Melvisharam Town, on the Chennai-Bangalore National Highway, is about 100 kms. from Chennai Airport (Anna International Airport / Kamaraj Domestic Terminal), 20 kms. ahead of Vellore and 4 kms. from Arcot the capital of Nawabs who ruled one-fourth of South India. Walaja Road and Katpadi are the nearby Railway Stations to our College and it is well connected with various bus routes. It is a few minutes drive from Ranipet Industrial town.
Job Title/Designation: Principal
Qualification: Bachelor‘s Degree in Architecture and Master‘s Degree in Architecture or in allied subjects of Architecture with minimum 60 percent. marks at either level. Desirable: Ph.D. in Architecture. Experience in Administration at a responsible position.
Experience:
- 17 years ‘experience in teaching/ research/ professional work out of which a full-time teaching experience of minimum eight years after registration from the Council of Architecture
or - 20 years of professional experience after registration from the Council of Architecture
Specialization Required:
- Architecture
Candidate Profile:
- Deliver lectures and handle Theory cum Studio and Studio based courses for B.Arch. students, in addition to being engaged in Research. Carry out such other curricular and co-curricular activities, and counseling of students and administrative responsibilities. Engage in consultancy with prior permission. Principal will be reporting to the correspondent.
