- Candidate should have Good Communication Skill
- Commitment towards work
- Have a good Publication record

Fellowship: Rs. 12,000 /- per month (consolidated). No separate benefit is admissible
Duration of Fellowship: The post is purely temporary and fully co-terminus with the project
