Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo Master Trainer to join our team. As the Master Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training on AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo software programs. Your expertise and guidance will help our employees develop the necessary skills to design and create complex models and drawings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo, along with exceptional training and communication skills.
Job Title: Master Trainer (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo)
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training courses on AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo software programs
- Customize training materials to meet the specific needs of different departments and individuals
- Conduct hands-on training sessions, providing guidance and support to trainees
- Manage training schedules and ensure training sessions are delivered on time
- Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest features and releases of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo software
- Provide technical support to trainees, resolving any issues or questions they may have
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to continuously improve training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as an AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo trainer
- In-depth knowledge of engineering design principles and practices
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo software programs
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of different learning styles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Certification in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Creo software is a plus
