BENEDICT MAR GREGORIOS, LATE ARCH BISHOP of Thiruvanandapuram Arch Diocese managed by the Malankara Syrian Catholic Management (MSCM). This management has rendered a remarkable service in the field of Medicine, Engineering, School and Collegiate Education all over India since 1930. The college offers 12 degree programs and 3 post-graduate programs, functioning in two shifts, Shift-I & Shift-II.
Position: Head of Department (HoD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic leadership and strategic direction to the department.
- Manage and oversee curriculum development, teaching, and research activities.
- Mentor faculty members and students to foster academic excellence.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in education and implement innovative teaching methodologies.
- Promote research and professional development within the department.
- Organize and participate in departmental and institutional activities.
- Collaborate with other departments and the management to achieve institutional goals.

- Psychology
Qualification: PG with Ph.D/NET/SET in the relevant discipline
Qualifications & Experience:
For Psychology:
- PG with Ph.D./NET/SET degree in Psychology.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of teaching/research experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or senior faculty role.
- Strong expertise in clinical, counselling, or organizational psychology.
- Demonstrated experience in research, curriculum development, and student mentorship.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate faculty and students.
- Commitment to academic excellence and innovation.
