ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Research excellence is an essential component of contemporary higher education. Faculty members are increasingly required to develop expertise in intellectual property protection, ethical research practices, academic integrity, scholarly publication, and sponsored research. This Management Development Programme is designed to provide faculty members with practical knowledge and professional insights into Intellectual Property Rights, patent filing, research ethics, plagiarism prevention, publication integrity, grant proposal writing, and sponsored research management. The programme will provide a platform for faculty members from Management and Engineering disciplines to enhance their research capabilities and develop a responsible and innovation-oriented research culture.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME
- To create awareness about Intellectual Property Rights and patent protection.
- To familiarize participants with the patent filing process and technology commercialization.
- To promote ethical and responsible conduct of research.
- To develop awareness of plagiarism, academic integrity, and publication ethics.
- To enhance faculty skills in grant proposal writing and sponsored research management.
