1) Minimum ONE M.Sc. (Nursing) Faculty for each of the following subject speciality is necessary for the basic programme.

(3) Paediatric Nursing
(4) Obstetric Nursing
(5) Psychiatric Nursing
2) Nursing teachers shall be registered under the State Nursing Registration Act.

Full time teaching Experience as per Council:
Professor cum Principal
(i) Master degree in Nursing with advanced Specialization in Nursing
(ii) Registered Nurse/Midwife in Maharashtra Nursing Council
(iii) 15 Years experience in Nursing after registration as a Nurse, of which 12 years should be teaching experience with a minimum of 5 years in the collegiate programme after M.Sc.(N)
Professor cum Vice Principal:-
(i) Master degree in any Nursing speciality
(ii)Registered Nurse/Midwife in Maharashtra Nursing Council
(iii) 12 years experience in Nursing after such Registration of which 10 years should be teaching experience with minimum 5 years in a collegiate programme.
Professor:
(i) Master degree in any Nursing speciality
(ii)Registered Nurse/Midwife in Maharashtra Nursing Council
(iii) 10 Years experience in Nursing after such Registration of which 7 years should be teaching experience out of which 5 years after M.Sc. Nursing.
Associate Professor:–
(i) Master degree in any Nursing speciality
(ii)Registered Nurse/Midwife in Maharashtra Nursing Council
(iii) 08 years experience in Nursing after such Registration of which 5 years should be teaching experience out of which 3 years after M.Sc. Nursing.
Assistant Professor:
(i) Master degree in any Nursing speciality
(ii)Registered Nurse/Midwife in Maharashtra Nursing Council
(iii) 3 years teaching experience in Nursing after such Registration.
Tutor:
