Montessori Curriculum is observed from age 2 to 9 followed by Cambridge curriculum at age 10 to 15.

Job Title: Montessori Primary Teacher (for Children Aged 3 to 6)

Candidate Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in teaching, education or any related discipline is recommended.
• Montessori Certification will be an added advantage.
• Excellent English Communication Skills.
• Physically agile and energetic.

Job Requirement:

• Committed to learn and execute the Montessori Philosophy of teaching and learning.
• Patience and excellent observational and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to teach groups of children of varying ages, needs and abilities.
• Ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure and treat everyone with love and respect.
• Modeling values of honesty, tolerance and kindness.
• Committed to deepening understanding of authentic Montessori practices and implementing the methods rigorously and precisely in the classroom.
• Create lesson plans, give appropriate lesson presentations, and establish a record keeping system to track children’s progress.
• Create learning materials that are customized to children’s needs.
• Ensure successful transition of students to the next academic level.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents enabling exchange of feedback
