Organization Profile: Kunwar Satyavira College of Engineering & Management (Formerly, Vira College of Engineering) was established by Vira Charitable Society Dharamnagri, Bijnor, An educational Society which is devoted to the cause of spreading education in the area and established about a dozen Institutions from nursery level to post graduate level, both for boys and girls. Kunwar Satyavira College of Engineering & Management is a further step taken by the Society in the field of higher technology filled with the aim of preparing the youth of the State for the challenges of 21st century. The Institute was established in the year 1999. The first batch of the college was passed out in the year 2003 and till date 19 batches have been passed out. It is duly approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, Delhi and is affiliated to Dr. A P J AKTU, Lucknow. The Institute is famous as Vira College of Engineering since 1999. Now the Institution name has changed from the session 2013-14 in the memory of founder secretary Kunwar Satyavira ji.
Job Title/Designation: Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/ NBA (Advisor /Consultant)

Qualification: Ph.D., Master’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branch of Engineering/ Applied Science, with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Experience:
- Assistant Professor – Fresher
- Associate Professor – Minimum 5 Years of Experience of which 2 years post Ph.D. experience.
- Professor – Minimum 10 Years of Experience of which at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor.
Specialization Required:
- Having full Experience for NBA.
- Having Good Knowledge of their concerned Branch / Subjects.
Candidate Profile:
- Faculty who can successfully execute R&D and consultancy will be considered.
- Faculty who can promote patents, Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), Innovative, Tinkering Lab, Industry Interaction, and other value-added courses will be preferred.
