Roles and Responsibilities
Seeking applications from female candidates willing to be in residence full time Receptionist Ladies Hostel (Only Female candidates).
- Should handle reception desk to take care of inspection of cleanness, support student needs, parents visits and coordination etc.
- Aspirant should be energetic, having management skills and amicability, and create friendly environment and coordinate the needs of girls.
- Candidate should be very effective and energetic and positive mindset.
Receptionist Requirements:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
Relevant Experience is preferred.
Job Location: Vijayawada / Guntur
