- M.A degree in English Language & Literature with B+
- Research PhD with specialization in one of the following areas:

- English Literature covering 5 centuries from 1550
- Linguistics / Stylistics / Literary stylistics
- ELT/ESL
- American Literature Studies
- Comparative Literature
- New Literatures
- History of Literary Criticism
Preference would be given to all those who have a strong passion for teaching and love to mould their career on an innovative platform.
Experience: 5 years to 15 years of teaching experience at college / university.
Candidate Profile:
Should have Good communication skills.
Should have good subject knowledge.
The candidate should have a regular degree Graduation and Post Graduation.
Should be able to develop and implement innovative teaching methods.
Should be able to manage any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Special focus:
- To improve proficiency levels in Communication and soft skills
- To inculcate enthusiasm and methodical study of research
- To contribute to the training and placement of aspirants
- To clear/ pass TKT & / BEC.
- Supervised/submitted at least 10 PhDs
- Should have published articles in Scopus and also Science Direct Journals
- Having experience of working on Sponsored Projects.
