Education Qualification:
- Librarian – B.L.I.S with M.L.I.S & Ph.D. in Library Science Mandatory
- Deputy Librarian – B.L.I.S with M.L.I.S & Ph.D. in Library Science Mandatory
- Assistant Librarian – B.L.I.S with M.L.I.S Good knowledge of MS-Office.
Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee library policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with institutional goals.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate library staff, ensuring effective team performance and professional development.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for library operations, acquisitions, and digital resources.
- Plan, acquire, and maintain print, digital, and multimedia resources to meet the academic and research needs of students, faculty, and researchers.
- Negotiate with publishers, vendors, and consortia for subscriptions, e-resources, and databases.
- Implement and manage digital library services, including e-books, e-journals, and institutional repositories.
- Oversee the adoption of modern library technologies such as Library Management Systems (LMS), KOHA, RFID, Remote Access Tools, and Discovery Services.
Job Location: Guntur, Andhra Pradesh
