Academic Positions:
- Director of Academics / Director of Post Graduate Studies / Director of Research / Director of Extension must be an eminent scholar with a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline (Agriculture /Engineering or allied fields), holding the rank of Professor with at least 15 years of experience with 10 years at professor level. Candidates must have 10+ research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC listed journals /NAAS/Scopus accredited with high impact factor and evidence of guiding doctoral candidates.
Key qualifications required for the role include:
- Academic Background: A Ph.D. degree in the Agriculture /Engineering or allied fields
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of teaching/research experience in a University, College, or National-level institution with 10 years at professor level.
- Research Output: At least 10 high-quality research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- Guidance: Proven experience in guiding doctoral (Ph.D.) candidates.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in educational administration or research management.
Alternative/Industry Route:
- An outstanding professional with an established reputation in their field, backed by significant contributions, can also be considered.
- Industry professionals may be required to have a total of 15 years of experience, with 10 years at professor level.
Administrative Position
- Registrar
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade. OR
- Ph.D. or equivalent research degree is desirable.
Experience:
- 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor
OR
- 8 years of experience as Associate Professor with academic administrative experience.
OR
- 15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar of the University.
Age Limit: Preferably below 60 years as on last date of advertisement.
2. Director of Human Resources
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade. OR
- Ph.D. or equivalent research degree is desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a University, Higher Education Institution, or large organization. Experience in strategic HR planning, policy formulation, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Knowledge of labour laws, UGC/AICTE regulations, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills.
- Librarian
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science (MLISc) with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- Ph.D. in Library Science / Information Science / allied field (mandatory as per UGC norms).
- NET/SET qualification as prescribed by UGC; exempted for Ph.D. holders. Working knowledge of library automation, digital resources, and ICT-based library services (AICTE desirable).
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Assistant Librarian / College Librarian or higher in a University or College library.
- Preferably 5 years in an administrative or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience in innovative library services, digital libraries, and library computerization (e.g., KOHA or equivalent).
- Must meet the UGC-prescribed API / PBAS requirements and show notable professional contributions to library management.
