Qualifications: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree with First class in EEE/Mechanical with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Experience:
- LECTURER/Sr.LECTURER – Minimum 2-5 Years of Experience in Teaching.
Candidate Profile:
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a particular department with strong practical knowledge.
- Industrial exposure and industry certification in related fields will be an added advantage.
- Applicants should have excellent knowledge of the subject matter and should have a passion for teaching.
- Work with colleagues to develop or modify the curriculum for a degree or certificate program involving a series of courses
- Develop an instructional plan (known as a course outline or syllabus) for the course(s) they teach and ensure that it meets college and department standards.
- Aspiring persons must have leadership qualities, and a high level of personal and professional integrity, looking for exponential growth in their teaching career.
- Dedicated, Dynamic, Result oriented, a resourceful person with proven track records and also with Good communication, Leadership, and Administrative skills
