Qualification:

Any UG/PG degree with strong knowledge in Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.

Experience:

0 – 3 years in aptitude training for campus placements or competitive examinations.

Eligibility:

1. Good problem-solving and teaching skills.
2. Ability to train students for placement aptitude tests.
3. Certifications in aptitude training will be an added advantage.

Job Title/Designation:  Soft Skill Trainer

Qualification:

UG/PG in any discipline, preferably MBA / HR / English / Communication.

Experience:

0 – 3 years in soft skills training or personality development programs.

Eligibility:

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Ability to train students in personality development and interview preparation.
3. Ability to conduct interactive training sessions.

Job Title/Designation:  Verbal Trainer

Qualification:

UG/PG in English / Communication / Linguistics or related field.

Experience:

0 – 3 years in verbal ability or spoken English training.

Eligibility:

1. Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, and verbal ability.
2. Ability to train students for placement-oriented verbal assessments.
3. Good teaching and mentoring skills.
