Position: Registrar

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee registration process, academic schedules & calendars, and maintain student records, frame academic schedules and calendars
• Coordination with departments, regulatory bodies, accrediting agencies etc.
• Implementation of strategic planning.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Any Master’s degree with at least 55% of the Marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7-point scale

Minimum Experience:

• At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor or 8 years as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration

Or

• 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Position: Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the university.
• Implement and oversee institutional policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
• Maintain records, manage logistics, and ensure compliance with university standards.
• Assist in planning and organizing university events and activities.
• Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Retired defence personnel preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of integrity, discipline, and leadership.

Position: Hostel Warden (Male)

Department: Boys’ Hostel

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of discipline in the Hostel.
• Implementation of rule and regulations formulated for Hostel.
• The Selected candidate will have to stay inside the University premises.

Minimum Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
