Position: Dean- Education
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the academic functions of the university, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and research.
- Develop and implement academic policies and strategies in line with the university’s goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in academic programs and curriculum development.
- Lead and mentor faculty members, promoting professional development and academic growth.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance interdisciplinary research and educational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with academic regulations and standards.
Minimum Qualification:
- An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in Education, and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
- A. and M.Ed. from recognized universities.
- A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university as Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor after Ph.D.
