Required Qualifications: Candidates applying for this position must satisfy the following qualifications,

  • M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc. in Electronics Engineering, VLSI Design, Microelectronics, Nanotechnology, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, MEMS, Embedded Systems, or related disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, or
  • B.E./B.Tech. with a valid NET/GATE qualification in relevant disciplines

Desirable Skills: Candidates applying for this role should preferably have,

  • Hands-on knowledge of COMSOL/CADENCE Software
  • Knowledge of any software tools for mathematical modeling

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate for this Junior Research Fellow Recruitment should have,

  • A strong academic background in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with biosensor or VLSI-related research areas
  • Working knowledge of relevant simulation or modeling software
  • Indian nationality, as required for this position

Fellowship:

  • For JRF: Rs. 37,000/- + 20% HRA = Rs. 44,400/- per month (1st and 2nd year)
  • For SRF: Rs. 42,000/- + 20% HRA = Rs. 50,400/- per month (3rd year)
