Organization Profile: It was a memorable day on May 01, 2016, at Jammu, when a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Department of Higher Education, Government of Jammu & Kashmir and Department of Higher Education, MHRD, Government of India, was signed, setting the ball rolling to set up an IIT campus at village Jagti, Tehsil Nagrota at Jammu. The site is located on the National Highway and is about 15 Km from the Airport. 

Job Title: Junior Research Fellow

Area of Specialization/ Research: B. Tech in Civil Engineering with one year of experience or M.Tech (Civil) with 6 months of experience

Qualification:

  • B.Tech/BE in civil engineering degree with at least one year of relevant experience. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong analytical and research skills, particularly in civil/structural engineering-related projects.

Job Location: Jammu

Duration: Initially for one Year. Duration may be extended depending on the performance

Pay Scale: INR 32,000/- plus HRA as applicable
