Candidate Profile:

  • Proficiency in subject-related software/tools and hands-on knowledge of modern teaching methodologies.
  • Skill in preparing lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation techniques aligned with curriculum requirements.
  • Ability to deliver engaging lectures, practical demonstrations, and facilitate interactive learning.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with good verbal and communication.
  • Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
  • Willingness to upgrade skills and adopt new teaching techniques to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Openness to work across various departments and collaborate with peers to achieve institutional goals.
