Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Jahangirabad Fort, Jahangirabad Raj, District – Barabanki, UP.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive HR Manager to head our human resources functions. The successful candidate will drive HR strategy, oversee recruitment and talent management, foster positive employee relations, manage performance processes, and ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws in U.P/India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Process for Employees appraisals
- Oversee recruitment, on boarding and retention strategies
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Handle performance management and appraisal systems
- Handle legal issues
- Coordination of Central activities, like meetings, seminars and conferences
- Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and regulations
- Plan training and development programs
- Maintain HR records and reporting
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of computer, like word, excel and power-point
- Knowledge of HR systems and labor laws
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
