- Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience of which at least 5 years at the level of Associate Professor
- Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years of experience of which 2 years post Ph.D. experience.
- Assistant Professor: Minimum 2 years of Experience

- Candidate Should have sound knowledge in their respective field

- The candidate should have Good Communication Skill
