Qualification: An eminent scholar with minimum 15 years of teaching experience in a University/College as Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor/ Professor and/or research experience at an equivalent level at the University/ National level institutions with evidence of having successfully guided at least two doctoral candidates. Experience of working on NBA/ NAAC / international accreditation is desired. A Ph.D. in Business Mgt. or a related field is essential.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and academic direction for the School of Business.
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance student success and faculty excellence.
- Strengthen industry collaborations and expand research opportunities.
- Oversee program development to align with global business trends.
- Educational qualifications, experience, and pay scales will be as per AICTE/UGC norms and will also be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and competency
Candidate Profile:
- The candidate should be completed a UG/PG in the relevant discipline with good academic records.
- The candidate should have excellent communication
- Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
- The candidate should have good research record
