Candidates should possess (B.Tech, M.Tech, Ph.D.) / (B.E, M.E, Ph.D). degrees with First Class in all preceding qualifications in the relevant departments. In exceptional cases, candidates with a Master’s degree (M.Tech/M.E.) along with UGC NET or GATE qualification may also be considered, provided they have an exemplary academic record throughout
