Job Title: Project Staff (JRF/SRF/RA/Project Assistant/Project Associate)
Title of the project: Applications of various machine learning (ML) techniques for predicting, detecting, and analyzing rare earth elements (REEs) in different geological and environmental contexts.
Tenure of Project: 2 Years, (from 18th July, 2025 co-terminus with the project)
Essential Qualification:
M Tech/ M.Sc in Mathematics & Computing, Mathematics, Statistics, Statistics & Informatics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and relevant fields. Candidate must have qualified GATE or NET.
Desirable Qualification:
Knowledge in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and python programming is highly desirable.
Job Description: To develop machine learning models for predicting and analysing rare earth element (REE) concentrations in phosphate deposits across the Tethyan belt. Based on the performance and meeting the eligibility criteria the candidate may be subsequently allowed to enroll for Ph.D at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad.
Age and Relaxation (if any): As per GOI/DST-ANRF rule for JRF recruitment.
Fellowship: Rs.37000/- per month
