- Electronics and Communication Engineering: Ph.D. in Electronics/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Both Graduation & M.Tech should be with First Class or Equivalent Grade.
- Humanities and Social Sciences Minimum qualification: BA in English & MA English or equivalent.
