Organization Profile: Indian Institute of Information Technology, Pune (IIITP) is one of the 20 Indian Institutes of Information Technology established under the Public-Private Partnership Scheme by Ministry of Education, Government of India. IIITP has been declared as an “Institution of National Importance” under the provisions of Indian Institute of Information Technology (Public-Private Partnership) Act, 2017.

Job Title: Adjunct Assistant Professor

Employment Type: These positions are purely on a temporary and contractual basis for a period of 11 months, maybe extended based on performance.

Department having vacancy:

• Computer Science and Engineering
• Electronics and Communication Engineering

Essential Qualification & Experience:

• Computer Science and Engineering- M. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent. Both Graduation & M.Tech should be with First Class or Equivalent Grade.
• Electronics and Communication Engineering- Ph.D (Awarded / Thesis submitted) in the relevant or equivalent discipline and shall have first class in the preceding degrees.

Desirable Requirement:

• Candidate having PhD from CFTIs like IITs, NITs, IIITs, INIs etc. will be preferred. The persons with higher qualifications & good academic record shall be given preference

Desirable Experience: Minimum of one year will be preferred in Teaching / Research / Industry.

Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Pay Scale:

• Rs. 70,000/- per Month : PhD Holders (PhD Thesis submitted)
• Rs. 60,000/- per Month: Non-PhD Holders
