Job Title: 

Employment Type: Contract

Title of the Project: Bridging the Informal Credit Gap: Feasibility of Retail CBDC (E-rupee) as Reputational Collateral for Micro-Entrepreneur in Prayagraj

Essential Qualifications:

  • Research Associate- Postgraduate in any Social Science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks, along with NET/M.Phil./Ph.D and at least two years of research experience.
  • Research Assistant- Postgraduate in any Social Science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks. Preference will be given to candidates with NET/M.Phil./Ph.D.
  • Field Investigator- Graduate in any Social Science discipline with minimum 55% marks.
    Preference will be given to candidates with four year graduation program.

Salary:

  • Research Associate- Rs. 47,000/- per month (Fixed), No HRA shall be admissible
  • Research Assistant- Rs. 37,000/- per month (Fixed), No HRA shall be admissible
  • Field Investigator- Rs. 20,000/- per month (Fixed), No HRA shall be admissible

Duration of Appointment: 6 months, extendable up to 1 year based on performance.

Desired Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi
  • Ability to work with digital data analysis and text analytics software and to perform target-based work.
  • Ready to travel for data collection & analysis.
